This policy explains what information QRCorral, operated by Marsh Bugs LLC (Arizona, USA), collects and how it is used.
We collect your name, email, phone, company or brokerage name, business type, the links and sign details you enter, and billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
When someone scans a QRCorral code we record the time, the general device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and the referring page, so we can count scans. We do not record names from scans. If a person chooses to fill out a form or send a text, we store what they provide (such as name, phone or email) and the message, on behalf of the customer whose sign they responded to.
Leads collected through a customer's signs belong to that customer. We process them only to provide the Service, and we do not sell lead data or use it to market our own products.
We use it to run the Service (redirects, dashboards, reports, lead alerts), process payments, provide support, keep things secure and prevent abuse, and comply with the law. We do not sell personal information.
We use trusted providers to operate the Service: hosting (Render), payments (Stripe), and a text-messaging provider when texting is on. They may process data only on our behalf.
People who text a sign's number get automated replies about that sign. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we will send no further messages. Reply HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
We use only essential cookies, to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising trackers.
We keep account data while your account is open. You can delete your account in the app or by emailing us, and we will delete your account and its lead data, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example, billing records). A person who submitted information through a customer's sign can contact that customer, or us, to ask for deletion.
Data is sent over HTTPS, and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
