These Terms govern your use of QRCorral (the "Service"), operated by Marsh Bugs LLC, an Arizona, USA limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
QRCorral is subscription software that creates editable ("dynamic") QR codes for signs, redirects people who scan them to the web pages you choose, counts scans, captures leads through optional forms and text messages, and produces print-ready sign files.
You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Team owners are responsible for the agents they invite.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Promotional prices (such as founding-member pricing) apply only for the period stated, then the regular price applies. If a payment fails or your subscription ends, your dashboard and lead alerts pause, but QR codes you already printed keep redirecting.
You own your content and your lead data. That includes your links, sign text, and the contact details of people who respond to your signs. You give us only the limited permission needed to host and process it to run the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your leads.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes. That includes linking QR codes to malware or phishing, sending text messages without consent, or violating real estate advertising, telemarketing (TCPA), anti-spam or privacy laws. You must include any disclosures your industry requires, such as a brokerage firm name on real estate ads. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Where you turn on scan-to-text, people who text your sign's number receive automated replies about that sign. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Anyone can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and we honor opt-outs automatically.
We work to keep the Service and QR redirects running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or improve features over time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marsh Bugs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or leads. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end accounts for non-payment or violation of these Terms. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email or in the app before it takes effect.
