QRCorral subscriptions are sold by Marsh Bugs LLC (Arizona, USA). We want this to be simple.
You can cancel any plan at any time from Billing in your dashboard (or by emailing us). There are no cancellation fees.
When you cancel a monthly plan, it stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. Monthly payments are not refunded, and there are no partial refunds for unused days.
You can get a full refund within 14 days of the annual charge (including a renewal charge) by cancelling and emailing us. After 14 days, annual plans are not refunded, but you can cancel so the plan does not renew. It then stays active until the end of the paid year.
When your subscription ends, your dashboard and lead alerts pause. QR codes you already printed keep redirecting, so your signs never show an error. You can renew at any time to get full access back.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. Your account keeps working during the retry period and pauses if payment is not completed.
